My hobbies are:

Tropical Fish (37 years) - I am into breeding fish mostly , but also judge shows. I also grow aquatic plants - no plastic ones for me! Currentlly , I serve on the Board Of Trustees of the American Killifish Association.

Horticulture (30 years) - Primarily work with orchids (27 years) and bromeliads (30 years) , but have interests in other areas as well.

So , if there are any questions on the aquarium hobby of plants , I can likely answer them.

For a few years I was working with reptiles and amphibians , mostly for fun.

Always on the lookout for old hobby magazines and books in the above areas.

Hi aquiamun fish got me started on pond fish when we move to a house with a big yard had my pond for 20 years. Way before it was popular to have one.Of course started out too small and engelarge it . Now have 50 fish plus i chanel cat. Lots of plants i over winter in the bottom of the pond. Thats me fish, pond, birds, butterflies.
